Our Mission Statement
To develop a playing area for Boules at Mission Beach.

Our Vision:
Boules being played at Mission Beach in a special shaded scenic coastal setting will be a popular pastime for people of all ages

History of the Club.
The club was formed in late 2012. Since then players have been meeting every Wednesday evening and Sunday afternoon to play boules. From August 8, 2013, the club now has a permanent home.

Insurance Matters
At a Special General Meeting, August 30 2015, the Club voted to insure with YOUI. The insurance includes cover for participants as well as the mandatory public liability cover. You can read the minutes of the Special General Meeting here. You can view the insurance Certificate of Currency here. The Club asks all players on Sundays to make a $2 contribution towards the expense of the provision of the insurance.

Free to Choose
The Mission Beach Petanque Club is free to invite guests and visitors to play irrespective of whether they are a member of any club or are licensed or otherwise. This is because the Club is not affiliated with any organisation or bound by the rules of any other organisations.
